Your privacy is crucial at Shaded Place. Personal details are used internally to uphold community integrity.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure:

- Confidential information received at Shaded Place stays within the consultation.

- Strict confidentiality is expected; disclosure requires written consent from Shaded Place.

- Confidentiality must be broken when it is legally required or when there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

- This agreement, including addenda, is binding and aligns with natural common law principles.

Waiver of Responsibility:

Shaded Place and its team are not liable for members' personal decisions or actions. The community provides a platform for growth and learning, not directives.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:

By completing this payment, you:

- Accept these terms, including the responsibility waiver.

- Commit to confidentiality within Shaded Place.

- Shaded Place does not process refunds for sessions. You can reschedule a session as long as this is completed prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
